I went to the car wash during my lunch on Monday and fell for the $75 special that included a “deep clean” that day and a coupon for an additional car wash later. Sounded like a good deal, so I jumped on it. I was told that the special also included a free fountain soda, which is like liquid gold in the hot Arizona heat. I went inside and got a drink and went to let the cashier know that I was getting my free soda so she didn’t think I was stealing. She asked me for my coupon and I told her I didn’t receive one, and that the only ticket I was given was for the 2nd return car wash, which was in the console of my car. She said the only way I was going to get a free drink was if I had said coupon to redeem it. I again told her that the only piece of paper I was given was in my car, which was very obviously being detailed outside, but she persistent that I pay since I didn’t have the coupon. At this point I was hot and thirsty and really wanted the drink and was bout to pay, but then I changed my mind, dumped out my drink and walked out. No courtesy at all. I scheduled 2 cars to be serviced on 5/9 for 5/16. 1 for scratch removal and 1 for full interior detail. Scratch removal was great. My interior detail was a nightmare. At the time of scheduling and pre paying I was told by Mario that they would need the car for 4 hours to get the job done. I dropped car off at 8:15 am for the 8:30 am appointment. They kept my car for 7.5 hours and claimed it was finished. Chris the detail "manager" showed me my car that looked like crap and told me as it dries spots may come back which they already were, and to come back at my convenience and they would do again. I drove home feeling screwed. I took my car back this morning and spoke with Johnny who made things right. A young guy named Jacob cleaned my interior better in 2 hours than 2 detail "managers" did in a full day. Johnny and Jacob were stand-up guys and should be recognized for outstanding customer service. It was my 1st time doing business at Jackson's and thanks to them, I will return. Great job Johnny and Jacob!!!

Greatest car wash in the land! I bring my 3 year old grandson here often, He’s obsessed with car washes and I’m obsessed with driving a clean car! The young people who work here (the older ones too ☺️) are so kind, humble and grateful ! It’s so refreshing and always makes my day! AND MY CAR oh my goodness… I travel to Gilbert from Scottsdale daily and spend my days with the carwash lover and a 6 year old who are in car seats and love snacks, removing socks and sand filled shoes, and leaving endless water cups and little plastic toys. LOOK AT MY CAR AFTER my visit to JACKSONS WOWZA! Thank you Jackson’s for keeping my car looking brand new, my grandson happy and my hope restored in the future generation ♥️ Hugs to Mario!

I received a full service exterior detail car wash certificate due to a windshield replacement. When I tried to use the certificate, I experienced significant issues from the company who issued the certificate. I asked to speak with the car wash manager and Trev came to assist me. He was outstanding!!! He contacted the issuing company, spoke to several agents and managers to get the problem resolved. It would not have been resolved if not for Trev’s involvement. He was unbelievable. Very customer friendly, professional, understanding, and patient. I could not thank Trev enough for all his help. The detail manager Primo did one of the best exterior wax detail I have ever experienced. My full size Toyota Tundra truck looked brand new when he was finished. Primo had me inspect the truck to ensure my expectations were met. He was extremely customer oriented, friendly, and thorough. I strongly recommend Jackson car wash for all the reasons listed above

The dryers caused a glass panel in front of my sunroof to shatter. It was in perfect condition until I went through the wash. The manager claimed I likely had a chip in the piece, making it structurally compromised. This isn't true. It was in perfect condition. Guess what they offered to "make it right"? Two free car washes. The part from VW costs $1,200. Yeah...those 2 free car washes definitely "make it right". I'm definitely not going to risk going through this car wash ever again. First and last time.
